Real Estate Team Joins Clark Hill Chicago
CHICAGO, IL – Chad M. Poznansky and Lisa S. Sauer have joined Clark Hill PLC's Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Chicago office.

Poznansky focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as retail and condominium development and leasing projects. He counsels small and medium sized businesses with respect to formation and capitalization issues, operating issues, acquisitions, financing and succession planning. He also represents banks in secured financing transactions, note sales and REO dispositions.
Sauer concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, banking and finance and corporate law. Her transactional practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, like-kind exchanges, business sales and acquisitions, advising for-profit corporations, not-for-profit institutions, partnerships and limited liability companies on tax structuring and business planning and representing lenders and borrowers in secured financing transactions.
