As part of the practice group’s regulatory focus, Kelly will continue to advise clients in financial services, health, and housing and community development matters, including efforts by Congress and the incoming administration to review and potentially alter terms of the Dodd-Frank and the Affordable Care Acts.
Kelly earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and B.A. from Borromeo College Seminary of Ohio. He has been admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, in Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
