Phoenix Litigation Attorney Christopher F. McCarthy Joins Clark Hill PLC

Christopher F. McCarthy has joined Clark Hill PLC Phoenix as a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups.

McCarthy concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, real estate litigation and commercial leasing. He also has extensive experience in complex contract negotiation and drafting, sports and entertainment sponsorship negotiation and basic business entity formation.

McCarthy has a demonstrated history of providing his clients with innovative solutions and definitive results. As a litigator, he has successfully represented his clients as lead trial counsel throughout Arizona in numerous arbitrations and in Arizona Superior Court.

A competitive age group triathlete, McCarthy is a two time qualifier for Team USA’s Age Group National Sprint Triathlon team, with two top ten Age Group finishes at the USAT Sprint Triathlon National Championships (2010 & 2011).
