Sifferman is a member of Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group practicing law in the areas of commercial, business and real estate litigation. His focus is on construction collections and liens, real property, and mortgage enforcement and regulation.
Carroll is an associate in Clark Hill’s Phoenix office, where he acts as outsourced corporate counsel for a variety of clients in the hospitality, real estate, insurance, and healthcare industries.
