has been practicing law for nearly 32 years in the areas of education, labor relations and employment law.  She predominantly represents public school districts in a wide range of employment and school law matters, and frequently lectures to public school districts on employment matters.


She was the 2007 recipient of the MNA Harlow Claggett Award for her contributions to collective bargaining in the public school sector in
