Litigation Attorney Steven F. Stapleton Joins Clark Hill Grand Rapids
Grand Rapids, MI – Clark Hill announced that Steven F. Stapleton has joined the firm’s Grand Rapids office as a Member in the Litigation Practice Group. Stapleton represents national, regional, and local companies and municipalities in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts.
Stapleton has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including complex breach of contract claims, business ownership disputes, minority oppression actions, labor and employment litigation, and a variety of specialized municipal litigation. He also represents clients in arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
In addition, Stapleton is well-versed in laws regulating both amateur and professional sports. He assists teams, venues and other sports related clients on corporate governance and restructuring, contract review and drafting, negotiations and employment related issues.
