Admitted to all courts in Michigan and Illinois, plus privileges at numerous Federal District Courts in the United States, Fitzgerald’s 31 years of practicing law has given him an array of experience in several areas of business/corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation, including Ponzi schemes, receiverships, and commercial breach of contract issues. He has also been involved in joint venture transactions, franchise transactions and hotel purchases.
