Labor & Employment Attorney Vanessa Kelly Joins Clark Hill Princeton
Attorney Vanessa M. Kelly has joined the Princeton office of Clark Hill as Senior Counsel. Kelly brings over two decades of experience in labor and employment law to the firm.
Kelly counsels employers on a variety of employment issues and labor regulatory matters. She helps employers draft employment agreements, policies and processes. An experienced trial lawyer, Kelly defends employment claims in state and federal courts across the country and has conducted jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations. She also has experience defending employers against claims raised in state and federal administrative agencies, especially human rights agencies and wage and hour forums. Kelly frequently writes and speaks on employment law issues. Kelly is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, an independent attorney rating organization, and is a fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers.

Kelly received her J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.
