Labor & Employment Attorney Mario R. Bordogna Joins Clark Hill

Clark Hill announced today that Mario R. Bordogna has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA and Morgantown, WV offices as Senior Counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Mr. Bordogna brings nearly two decades of experience in the areas of human resources and employment counseling, labor management relations, and employment litigation. 

Mr. Bordogna represents clients in many sectors and industries including energy, hospitality, manufacturing and education. He counsels employers on legal compliance issues related to hiring, firing, leave and policy development as well as labor-management issues including union avoidance and collective bargaining. Mr. Bordogna also advocates for his clients in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal agencies, in matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour and other employment and civil litigation.
