Labor & Employment Attorney Lauri Kavulich Joins Clark Hill
Clark Hill announced today that Lauri A. Kavulich has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as a Member. Recognized as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” and “Top 50 Female Lawyer,” Kavulich practices in the areas of labor and employment law, civil rights litigation and workers compensation.
Kavulich handles employment practice litigation in state and federal administrative proceedings and courts for governmental entities, large and small employers, either self-insured or through insurance carriers, and has extensive experience in grievance arbitrations and issues that arise under collective bargaining agreements. She also handles FELA (injuries to railroad workers) and workers compensation claims. Kavulich also serves as a consultant to self-insured and high deductible employers in all aspects of their risk management programs.

Kavulich attended Franklin and Marshall College, and received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
