Labor & Employment Attorney Daniel McGravey Joins Clark Hill
Clark Hill announced today that Daniel J. McGravey has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as Senior Counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. A former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, McGravey is a veteran trial lawyer who focuses on representing private and public sector employers in state and federal courts against allegations of discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability and religion, as well as charges of harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation.
In addition to his complex litigation work, McGravey advises companies and individuals on hiring and firing, recruitment and departure of critical employees and the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants. He routinely drafts and reviews employment contracts for executives in all sectors of business and industry as well as negotiating severance agreements.

McGravey received his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College and Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
