Labor and Employment attorney Jim Thomas Joins Clark Hill’s Pittsburgh Office
Pittsburgh, PA – Labor and Employment attorney Jim Thomas has joined Clark Hill PLC as a Member. Thomas’s practice focuses on labor and employment counseling and litigation with an emphasis on traditional labor. He has acted as spokesperson for management in collective bargaining and has represented employers in labor arbitrations, trials in federal and state courts and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and other administrative agencies.

Thomas has counseled clients on a multitude of different matters, including collective bargaining, labor contract administration, employee discipline and termination, severance agreements, wage and hour matters, employment contracts and handbooks, non-compete agreements and issues, drug and alcohol policies, and independent contractor compliance.
