Kathy Garber Named 2018 Chairman of Conference of Freight Counsel

Clark Hill Strasburger Member Kathy Garber was selected as the 2018 Chairman of the Conference of Freight Counsel (CFC). She will serve a two year term. The CFC is a preeminent transportation law organization that includes attorneys in private and in-house practice in the United States, Mexico and Canada representing motor, rail, ocean and air freight carriers, brokers and forwarders in cargo claim and freight charge disputes.
Kathy represents businesses in a wide range of matters including insurance coverage issues, transportation/freight claims and commercial litigation. She also advises clients regarding the enforceability of contractual insurance and indemnity provisions, particularly in the energy service industry.
