LOS ANGELES, CA – Clark Hill attorney James C. Earle has been appointed as a member of the Fellowship of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
The Construction Lawyers Society of America is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and internationally. The composition of the CLSA is aggressively diverse, with recognition of excellence across all practices relating to construction law, including all transactional and litigation aspects of construction, and more specifically contract preparation, contract negotiations, surety bonding, traditional litigation and arbitration, and any other facet of construction law applicable to commercial, residential and energy construction matters nationally and internationally.
James is a Member in the firm’s Construction Law group. Developers, contractors, municipalities and product manufacturers have utilized his skills on cases involving commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, apartments, condominiums, and municipal projects. James brings unique, practical experience to his litigation practice: he is one of few attorneys with hands-on experience in construction as a licensed California general contractor (B) and subcontractor (C-36 Plumbing); he served as a combat engineer, construction surveyor and soils analyst in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
