Four Clark Hill Attorneys Receive 2013 “Lawyer of the Year” Distinction from the Best Lawyers in America

– Four members of Clark Hill PLC have been recognized with the “Lawyer of the Year” distinction from Best Lawyers’ in America.
J. Thomas MacFarlane has been named the 2013 Detroit Litigation – Trusts & Estates “Lawyer of the Year.” MacFarlane is head of the Personal Legal Services Group in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office.
Barbara Ruga has been named the 2013 Grand Rapids Education Law “Lawyer of the Year.” Ruga is a member of the firm’s Education Group and is located in Clark Hill’s West Michigan office.
Steven J. Tjapkes has been named the 2013 Grand Rapids Litigation – Trusts & Estates “Lawyer of the Year.” Tjapkes is a member of the firm’s Personal Legal Services Group and is located in the West Michigan office.
Reginald M. Turner, Jr. has been named the 2013 Detroit Government Relations Practice “Lawyer of the Year.” Turner is a member in the firm’s Detroit office, where he practices in both the Government and Public Affairs Group, as well as the Labor and Employment Group.
