D. Kerry Crenshaw Elected to Serve as President of Globalaw
– Clark Hill member D. Kerry Crenshaw has been chosen to serve as President of Globalaw Ltd.
Mr. Crenshaw, who was elected by the members of Globalaw, will serve the 2007-2008 term.

D. Kerry Crenshaw
is a member and past Chairman of Clark Hill’s Corporate Practice Group, where he works for many firm clients in matters involving securities, finance, mergers, acquisitions and international transactions.
Mr. Crenshaw has served as general counsel to the boards of directors and management of several of Clark Hill’s key clients in a number of diverse industries, including manufacturing, insurance, pharmaceuticals and information technology. He has handled initial public offerings of securities, private placements and over 40 public offerings of debt and equity securities. He is regularly involved with matters before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, several U.S. and foreign stock exchanges and state securities commissions. He is an author of the Michigan Control Share Acquisition Act, the Dow-Jones Irwin Handbook of Joint Venturing, the Transnational Publishers International Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, and was the compiler of the Michigan Business Corporation Act Handbook published by Reardon Parshall Company.
In addition, Mr. Crenshaw has served on the Globalaw Ltd. Board of Directors, has been repeatedly named to the Best Lawyers in America publication, Michigan Superlawyers and is a Fellow for the Center for International Legal Studies. He is also a trustee of the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan.
Mr. Crenshaw earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from The Citadel and his J.D. from Duke University. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration Advanced Management Program.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is observing LGBTQ+ Pride Month, and the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County, by releasing new resources to educate employers about the rights of applicants and workers to be free from sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination.
