Corporate Attorney Daniel L. Broadbent Joins Clark Hill PLC Phoenix

    – Attorney Daniel L. Broadbent has joined Clark Hill PLC Phoenix as an associate in the Corporate Practice Group.


    Broadbent has significant experience with business and corporate planning, formation and transactions. He is also experienced in advising individuals, businesses and organizations regarding real estate and bankruptcy related matters.

    Broadbent earned his B.A. from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and his J.D. from University of Nebraska College of Law.
