Clark Hill’s Ray J. Koenig III to Speak at IICLE’s 61st Annual Estate Planning Short Course
CHICAGO, IL – Ray J. Koenig III is to speak at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s (IICLE) 61st Annual Estate Planning Short Course today, May 15, 2018. The annual gathering combines two days of advanced estate and trust planning education from top legal professionals with an unparalleled opportunity for professional networking. IICLE’s mission is to serve as the premier provider of continuing legal education in Illinois and as an example for other continuing legal education providers across the country.
Ray is the co-author of Claims Against Decedent’s Estate chapter in IICLE’s 2017 Handbook: Causes of Action, Probate Actions as well as the Guardianship Litigation chapter in IICLE’s 2016, 2012 and 2009 Handbook: Litigating Disputed Estates, Trusts, Guardianships, and Charitable Bequest. He has also been a co-presenter at numerous IICLE Estate Planning Short Courses and Elder Law Short Courses, including, “Visitation Issues in the Context of Guardianships and POA’s,” earlier this year.
Ray is a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation and Personal Legal Services Practice Groups. He also serves as the Managing Member of the Chicago office and on the Firm’s Executive Committee.
