Clark Hill's Frances Rosinski presents Best Practices for IOLTA Accounts for ICLE

Frances Rosinski, Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group, recently recorded a webinar for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the education provider of the State Bar of Michigan. The webinar, Best Practices for IOLTA Accounts, provides best practices and other tools to IOLTAs and the proper handling of client funds. Frances is a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, a Character and Fitness panel member with Michigan’s Board of Law Examiners, and a Supreme Court Administrative Office (SCAO)-trained facilitative mediator.  Frances also serves as Associate General Counsel for Clark Hill, where she facilitates the evaluation and assessment of conflicts for the Firm.
