Kelly is a Director of Government Affairs in Clark Hill's Washington D.C. office, where he focuses on advising clients with a variety of legislative, executive branch and political needs. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Kelly served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the White House Domestic Policy Council with a portfolio that included transportation, infrastructure, workforce development, skills/ training, urban affairs and financial literacy.
Luxton, a partner in the firm’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice Group and chair of the Clark Hill’s Administrative Law Practice, has extensive experience in environmental, regulatory, policy, and litigation matters, including federal and state environmental laws as well as international environmental regimes. Her practice includes advising clients on administrative law issues and compliance and reporting obligations related to sustainability and supply chain accountability.
Hoeppner is a Senior Attorney with the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Detroit Office. She represents employers in all aspects of employment law. She has defended employers in federal and state courts and before federal and state administrative agencies in matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour claims.
Watson, a litigation partner specializing in complex commercial litigation, serves on the firm's Executive Committee and Co-chairs the Automotive & Manufacturing Practice Group.
