Clark Hill will host In-House Counsel webinar, “A New Era Under the ADA and FMLA: What You Need to Know,” on Tuesday, March 30
from 12 – 1 PM.
The webinar will be moderated by Linda Watson and will feature
Stephanie Clifford, a member of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Law practice group. She will discuss how the ADA Amendments Act brought significant change to analyzing employee disability issues and reversed major pro-employer U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
She will define and clarify key terms within the statute that broaden those disabilities which are covered by its protections and highlight those changes contained in the ADAAA that all in-house counsel should know.
