June 3, 2019

Clark Hill Strasburger today announced the addition of Chris Heinrichs, Of Counsel, Maurine “Mo” Heinrichs Shipp as Senior Counsel, and Kimberly A. Ford, Associate, to its San Antonio office. Heinrichs and Shipp, father and daughter, as well as Ford join the firm from San Antonio’s Heinrichs & De Gennaro P.C.

“We are beyond excited to have the father-daughter duo of Chris and Mo as well as Kimberly join our San Antonio office as they bring more than 4 decades of combined experience in estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, tax law and many other specialties,” said Marty Roos, Member-in-Charge at Clark Hill Strasburger’s San Antonio office. “We’re seeing a growing need of these services from our clients, both young and old, as more out-of-state families are moving to Central and South Texas. The addition of Chris, Mo, and Kimberly brings the total of estate planners in the San Antonio office to nine. Deepening our capacity of estate planners brings value not only to our clients, but to our firm now and for the years to come.”

Heinrichs founded Heinrichs & De Gennaro P.C in 1993 and oversaw its operations before becoming Clark Hill Strasburger’s newest Of Counsel, where he’ll work with other attorneys and clients in addressing estate planning needs. Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) in Estate Planning, Probate Law and Tax Law since 1984, Heinrichs is a Life Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and was recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in 2003, 2005 and 2015 – 2019, inclusive.
