Clark Hill Product Liability Defense Attorney Barry B. Sutton Demonstrated Safe Harness Use at Treestand Manufacturers Association May 20, 2015
Birmingham, MI – On May 20, 2015 Clark Hill Product Liability Defense attorney, Barry Sutton, participated in the Treestand Manufacturers Association’s presentation of the safe use of treestands. This presentation involved a fall simulation, the use of the suspension relief device provided with the harness, and the safe re-entry to the treestand following the fall. The Clark Hill Product Liability defense team is dedicated to hunting safety and recommends that users always wear and safely attach the safety harness to the tree at all times from the point you leave the ground until you return safely to the ground.
