Clark Hill Princeton Welcomes Attorney Jeanne Stiefel
PRINCETON, NJ – Jeanne M. Stiefel has joined the Princeton, New Jersey office of Clark Hill PLC.
Stiefel is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Banking & Finance and Health Care Law Practice Groups. She has been engaged in the practice of public finance law since 1986 and has extensive experience as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel, borrower’s counsel and trustee’s counsel in a wide range of public finance transactions, with a particular expertise in healthcare financings for hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and continuing care retirement communities.
“We are excited to add Jeanne to our growing Princeton office. She brings a wealth of experience to both our banking and finance and health care law practices,” said Lauri Kavulich, Clark Hill’s newly appointed Member-in-Charge of the firm’s Princeton and Philadelphia offices.
Stiefel received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from Rutgers College. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
