– Clark Hill PLC’s 28th Annual Employment Law Conference returns to southeast Michigan, May 2. This year’s conference will focus on the future of employment law and key areas to be aware of, such as state and federal wage and hour laws, and preparing for the new National Labor Relations Board election regulations. Conference attendees will have their choice of breakout sessions to attend, including Tweets and Terminations: Social Media and Networking in the Workplace; Non-Compete, Confidentiality and Trade Secret Agreements; Hot Button Issues for the EEOC; and What You Need to Include in Your Employee Handbook. Each session is designed to deliver the most relevant issues surrounding labor and employment law and tips on how to navigate the ever-changing regulations and workplace atmosphere.
Presenters at the conference include Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Practice Group leaders Thomas Brady and Danial Bretz, and a number of the practice group members. All of which have extensive knowledge and experience in labor and employment law.
The conference is $125 per person and includes conference materials, continental breakfast, full lunch and reception. Attendees have a choice between a binder with hard copies of all presentations and note sections or a flash drive with preloaded electronic copies of all the presentations at no additional cost.
