Clark Hill PLC Selected as a Community Partner for Desarrollo

PHOENIX, AZ –

Clark Hill is selected as a community partner with Desarrollo, a local technology incubator. As a part of the partnership, Clark Hill Attorney Daniel Schenck will be an advisor and mentor for the Desarrollo “flock” of startups. Prior to beginning his legal career, Schenck was an entrepreneur and will bring his experience and insight to help the Desarrollo entrepreneurs. Schenck is a corporate attorney with a focus on technology-related transactions. Prior to law, he was a manager in both start-ups and Fortune 500 telecom companies. He now serves as the outside general counsel for many of his clients, advising on (and preparing documents for) key business matters.
