Clark Hill PLC Receives National Tier 1 Ranking for Litigation – Construction in the 2016 Edition of U.S. News-Best Lawyers, “Best Law Firms”
DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill PLC was named a national Tier 1 law firm for Litigation – Construction in the 2016 edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers, “Best Law Firms.” Fifty percent of the firm’s practice groups were recognized nationally and ninety percent were recognized either nationally or regionally.
The national Tier 1 ranking includes the firms in each metropolitan area that scored within a certain percentage of the highest-scoring firms. National rankings are based on metropolitan rankings in addition to the number of offices each firm had with a metropolitan ranking and the level of legal activity in each metropolitan area. The “Best Law Firms” rankings themselves are determined by client and lawyer evaluations, and peer review, as well as any additional relevant information there may be. The evaluations address expertise, responsiveness, understanding of a business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, civility, and whether they would refer another client to the firm.
