Domas is an associate in Clark Hill’s Health Care Practice Group in the firm’s Birmingham office. Domas’ career is focused extensively on the issues facing the healthcare industry. Ryan practices in all areas of health care law, assisting clients with transactional and corporate matters; health care litigation matters; providing counsel regarding compliance, fraud and abuse, and reimbursement matters; and representing providers and suppliers in third party payor audit appeals.
