Mirafzali is an associate in Clark Hill’s Health Care Practice Group. She devotes a portion of her practice to counseling healthcare billing and management companies on matters affecting their business practices, as well as assisting clients with transactional and corporate matters, and representing providers and suppliers in health care litigation matters. Mirafzali is the director of the Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Committee and an associate with the Oakland County chapter of the American Inns of Court.
Ms. JD is a nonprofit organization dedicated to women in law school and the legal profession. It was founded at Stanford Law School in 2006 and it provides a forum for dialogue and networking among women lawyers and law students.
