Watson, along with two other speakers, will provide an assessment of the current state of the OEM warranty programs and insight in warranty management, quotations for new business, negotiating for ongoing improvements in warranty share percentages, and insights for sales, finance and quality. Watson is Co-Chair of Clark Hill’s Automotive Practice Group. She is also legal counsel to the OESA Warranty Management Council. Watson has been listed as a Super Lawyer in business litigation for three consecutive years and has over 20 years of litigation experience representing small to large privately-held business entities, as well as public corporations both at the trial and appellate level of federal and state courts.
