Clark Hill’s Linda M. Watson will present at the OESA’s members only meeting “2012 OEM Warranty: Real Stories, Winning Solutions and Best Practices”. Watson, along with two other speakers, will provide an assessment of the current state of the OEM warranty programs and insight in warranty management, quotations for new business, negotiating for ongoing improvements in warranty share percentages, and insights for sales, finance and quality. Watson is Co-Chair of Clark Hill’s Automotive Practice Group. She is also legal counsel to the OESA Warranty Management Council.
