Clark Hill PLC Attorney Joseph A. Bonventre to Host Estate Planning Seminar, April 17
DETROIT, MICH.
– Clark Hill PLC attorney Joseph Bonventre will host an Estate Planning Seminar with University Liggett School at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House, April 17. The seminar will focus on basic estate planning, reasons to consider updating a will and trust, clarification on the new Michigan Trust Code, and legacy and charitable gifts.
Bonventre, based in Clark Hill’s Detroit office, is a member of the Estate Planning & Probate Group. He has substantial experience advising individuals and members of closely held businesses on traditional and sophisticated estate planning techniques, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. Bonventre was the chairperson of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the editor of
The Michigan Tax Lawyer.
He has given numerous presentations on estate planning, tax and trust administration topics.
The University Liggett School was founded in Detroit by Rev. James Liggett and his two daughters in 1878. Today, the University is the oldest independent, co-educational institute in Michigan with more than 500 students.
