BIRMINGHAM, MI. – Clark Hill PLC Senior Attorney, Jeremy S. Motz, recently presented a seminar on “Developing & Managing RFPs for School Purchasing” on November 13, 2014. This presentation covered the basics of performing school purchasing functions, such as: applicable Michigan laws, the structure of a purchasing operations, and public bidding issues, with a focus on developing and utilizing the proper solicitation documents and processes. Motz is a senior attorney in the Birmingham office of Clark Hill PLC and is a member of the Education and Municipal Law Practice Group.
