BIRMINGHAM, MI. – Clark Hill PLC Senior Attorney, Jeremy S. Motz, recently presented a seminar on “Developing & Managing RFPs for School Purchasing” on November 13, 2014. This presentation covered the basics of performing school purchasing functions, such as: applicable Michigan laws, the structure of a purchasing operations, and public bidding issues, with a focus on developing and utilizing the proper solicitation documents and processes.  This was part of the school purchasing certification courses hosted by the Michigan Institute for Educational Management (MIEM). Motz is a senior attorney in the Birmingham office of Clark Hill PLC and is a member of the Education and Municipal Law Practice Group.
