Clark Hill PLC Attorney Grant T. Pecor to Present at Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys' Municipal Law Program, Thursday, Sept. 20

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH.

– Grant Pecor, with Clark Hill’s Grand Rapids office, will present at the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys’ (MAMA) Municipal Law Program on severance and termination agreements. The program, taking place in Lansing, Mich., on Thursday, Sept. 20, is a full-day workshop with a number of important municipal law topics, such as, “The Do’s & Don’ts of Making a Paperless City Council” and “The Michigan Legislative Process: is it broken and should it be fixed.”

Pecor is a member of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and specializes in the representation of employers. He has worked with numerous private and municipal entities, including authorities, boards, courts, cities, hospitals, transit agencies and school districts, and has expertise in all facets of labor and employment law, such as collective bargaining, wage-and-hour matters, and hearings before state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Pecor is a member of the labor and employment sections of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He frequently presents on a variety of labor and employment topics and provides in-house training for several organizations.
