Clark Hill PLC and Phoenix Based Norling, Kolsrud, Sifferman, & Davis Announce Merger
DETROIT, MI
– Clark Hill PLC and Norling, Kolsrud, Sifferman & Davis (NKSD) today announced plans to merge their law firms. This will expand the reach of the combined firm throughout the country. The combined firm will be known as Clark Hill PLC, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, and will retain NKSD’s current office location in Scottsdale, Arizona.
“By joining Clark Hill, our firm is able to expand our reach across the country, as well as retain the excellent team of attorneys and professionals that we have worked hard to assemble,” said John Norling, NKSD manager. “This move will also allow us to enhance the scope of services that we currently offer our clients.”
NKSD has 10 attorneys and focuses in commercial matters. The firm was founded in Phoenix in 1993 and is the result of the combination of two firms with deep roots in Arizona. The firm’s founding members are Russ Kolsrud, Mark Sifferman, Darrell Davis and John Norling. In addition to the founding members, attorneys Lisa Bliss, Holly Dormeyer, Ryan Lorenz, Kevin Sierka, Duncan Stoutner, and Brad Thies have also joined Clark Hill.

In addition to the firm’s Michigan offices, Clark Hill has opened offices in Chicago and Washington DC since 2006.
