Clark Hill Phoenix Office Continues to Grow With Addition of Real Estate Attorney Martin T. Jones
Phoenix, AZ – Martin T. Jones has joined the firm's Phoenix office as Senior Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group. Jones focuses his practice on environmental, real estate, land use law and general business legal matters.
For more than 30 years, he has provided legal advice regarding environmental, real estate and land use issues such as Superfund (CERCLA and WQARF), Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), underground storage tanks, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Phase I and Phase II environmental due diligence, Brownfield remediation, hazardous materials surveys, prospective purchaser agreements, renewable energy, solar power, Notices of Violation (NOVs), permitting and entitlements. He possesses extensive experience in complex commercial transactions involving residential, commercial and industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Jones handles general business matters, including the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, licensing agreements, product sales agreements, and many other business related legal issues. He has negotiated and drafted more than 40 solar power purchase agreements for renewable energy transactions.
