Clark Hill Phoenix Continues to Grow with Two New Additions
PHOENIX, AZ – Charles R. Berry and Andrew B. Turk have joined Clark Hill PLC’s Phoenix office.

Berry is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Corporate Practice Group. He represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, other business entities, and individuals in a wide spectrum of transactions, focusing primarily on capital formation and business management. He prepared the first “plain English” initial public offering of securities registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has extensive experience in securities regulation, public offerings, business mergers, acquisitions and sales, private placements, and compliance with the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Turk is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill’s Health Care Practice Group and has extensive experience with commercial, tort and insurance litigation. In the area of long-term care, Turk has represented doctors, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities in lawsuits arising from allegations of neglect and abuse. He won a trial on behalf of a doctor/medical director, as well as a summary judgment on behalf of another physician. For approximately five years, he represented the Arizona interests of a national care provider in court and mediation.
