Clark Hill Philadelphia Grows With Addition of Labor Law Team

Clark Hill is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys to the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Joseph C. Rudolf, Erin C. Galbally and Ethan M. Dennis will be working from Clark Hill's Philadelphia office.

Rudolf, Galbally and Dennis concentrate on the representation of public sector employers including municipalities, authorities and commissions. Their skills are the ideal complement to Clark Hill Philadelphia's existing private sector labor and employment practice. A national leader in employment law, Clark Hill has over 50 attorneys in the Labor and Employment group across the firm's 12 offices.

Joseph C. Rudolf, joining the firm as a Member, has devoted a significant portion of his 30 year career in labor and employment law to advising public sector management and has represented more than 300 Pennsylvania public employers. Rudolf earned his B.A. from Temple University and J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.

Erin C. Galbally, joining the firm as a Senior Attorney, represents employers in all aspects of  labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining and dispute resolution, workplace investigations, client counseling, and defense of discrimination claims before courts and administrative agencies.  Galbally earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

Ethan M. Dennis, joining the firm as an Associate, concentrates his practice in a wide range of  labor and employment matters, including employee benefits, employment discrimination, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges and discrimination claims. Dennis earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law.
