Lansing, MI – Clark Hill Paralegal Valerie J. Lawver will present two sections at the Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE) seminar titled “Trial Preparation From Start to Finish for Paralegals” on November 19, 2014. The first section titled “Effective Use of Evidence” Lawver will discuss Choosing Your Technological Direction, The Power of the Exhibit List, and Preparing Documents and Demonstratives. The second section titled “Preparing your Office – What To Do Before You Set Foot In Court” Lawver will discuss Choosing On-Site Location, Preparation of and Set-Up of On-Site Work-Room, Preparing for Court, and Daily Recap and Preparing for What’s Ahead.
