Clark Hill Member, Jeffrey J. Conn, Honorary Chair for Familylinks Second Annual Luncheon on April 2, 2019
PITTSBURGH, PA – Jeffrey J. Conn, Member in Charge at Clark Hill, will serve as Honorary Chair for Familylinks Second Annual Luncheon on Tuesday, April 2nd. The Strong. For Life Luncheon is focused on providing effective information related to preventing addiction, and to offering assistance to corporate human resources and employee assistance staff, health professionals, community groups, parents church groups, and civic organizations in southwestern Pennsylvania.
Jeff Conn stated, “I am very pleased to accept the role of Honorary Chair for another year. I look forward to continuing to work with Familylinks and Kevin to extend their efforts to a larger audience, delivering essential information for addressing the opioid crisis which is destroying lives every day.”
Kevin Stevens, former Pittsburgh Penguins Stanley Cup Winner, partners with Familylinks to share his message of prevention. Dr. Lonise Bias, public speaker after the death of her oldest son, Len Bias, a University of Maryland basketball player, died of a cocaine intoxication, only two days after being drafted #1 by the Boston Celtics.
