Clark Hill Continues to Grow with the Addition of Arizona Construction Attorney William Breier
Phoenix, AZ – William H. Breier has joined Clark Hill's Phoenix office as an associate with the Construction Practice Group.
He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona Summit Law School (formerly known as Phoenix School of Law) and has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2012. Since becoming an attorney, he has primarily worked on construction related matters. As an advocate, he has represented homeowners on complex construction defect cases, as well as owners, architects, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties on commercial litigation/collection cases. Additionally, Breier has worked on real estate, employment, and probate matters. He has actively participated in numerous mediation/settlement conferences and worked on cases in both litigation (court) and arbitration. He has handled cases in federal, state, and justice courts in Arizona.
Prior to becoming an attorney, he received his Bachelor's degree from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University in 2002. Breier worked for seven years professionally in the commercial construction industry in Arizona and Nevada, including almost five years as a Project Manager. In his construction career, he played an active role on various projects including casinos, restaurants, Class A office buildings, medical office buildings, hospital/healthcare facilities, retail (shopping centers), grocery stores, and data centers in both the private and public sectors.
Breier is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling, and golfing.
