Clark Hill Chicago Continues to Grow with Addition of Insurance Group
CHICAGO, IL – Scott D. Braun, Peter F. Clancy and Ana Watson have joined Clark Hill's growing Chicago office as members in the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group.
Braun devotes his practice to representing insurers and reinsurers located worldwide with respect to North American exposures. He counsels his clients on liability coverage issues and claims with respect to hospitals, nursing homes and miscellaneous errors and omissions and correctional healthcare risks.
Braun received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Clancy concentrates in insurance coverage and claims management with a focus on representing international insurers and reinsurers. He regularly counsels clients on liability coverage issues, both before and after verdict. His experience includes managed care, medical malpractice, nursing home directors and officers, commercial crime, products liability, clinical trials and general liability coverage.
Clancy received his J.D. from Loyola University in Chicago and his A.B., with honors, from Harvard.
Watson concentrates on insurance coverage and litigation, often representing primary and excess insurers and reinsurers with respect to their North American professional liability and general liability exposures. She is skilled at assisting foreign and domestic carriers with pre-underwriting risk assessments and managing the claims portfolios of prestigious medical centers and physician groups nationwide.
Watson received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A. from Northwestern University.
