The chapter, titled Guardianship Litigation, focuses on the litigation of disabled adult and minor guardianship cases. Koenig is the Managing Member of Clark Hill’s Chicago office and a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. He practices in the areas of probate litigation, trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, elder law, estate planning, and estate administration, with an emphasis on will, trust, guardianship, and advance directive contests and other fiduciary litigation. Gutierrez is an Associate with the Litigation Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Chicago office and concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and products liability. Gutierrez also practices in the area of estate litigation and administration.
