Clark Hill Attorneys to Present at Annual Clark Hill & Plante Moran School Law & Finance Seminar
BIRMINGHAM, MI – Several members of Clark Hill’s Education and Municipal Law Practice Group will be presenting on legislative updates at the Annual Clark Hill & Plante Moran School Law & Finance Seminar, located at the VisTaTech Center, Schoolcraft College, on January 26, 2019. The seminar will focus on information for new and veteran school board members and administrators including: an overview of the school finance research collaborative project status; updates on emerging finance, legal and legislative issues; conversation about a school district’s role in governance; and oversight of information technology, data and cyber threats.
