Domas' practice is devoted to representing clients in the healthcare industry, and assisting them in navigating the complex statutory and regulatory environment unique to healthcare corporate, transactional, and litigation matters. Peter also counsels clients on the development and maintenance of effective internal compliance programs with a special focus on federal and state fraud and abuse laws, reimbursement regulations, and HIPAA.

Girard is a member in Clark Hill’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has specialized in the area of labor and employment law since 1986 and his practice includes representation of private sector businesses, health care entities and municipal entities, including counties, cities, townships, villages, community mental health agencies, road commissions, central dispatch authorities and county family independence agency boards. 

Paterson is an Associate with the Labor & Employment and Education & Municipal Practice Groups in Clark Hill’s Grand Rapids office.  Nicole represents a diverse group clients operating in both a union and non-union environment, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, non-profit organizations, municipalities, corporations, and school districts.
