Nowlan and Kett will addresses current U.S. immigration issues facing companies of all sizes, including I-9 audits and a brief review of temporary work visas. They will also speak to the latest developments stemming from President Obama’s administrative action on immigration.

Nowlan is the Co-Leader of Clark Hill's Immigration Practice Group.
