Michael M. Antovski
is a member in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office, and focuses his practice in our Business Practice Group. Mr. Antovski concentrates his practice in the areas of tax planning, acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate matters, and regularly advises clients on tax planning strategies involving corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
Linda M. Watson
is a member with the Litigation Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office. Her practice is devoted to representation of small to large privately-held business entities, as well as public corporations. While she specializes in complex litigation, Ms. Watson also serves as corporate counsel for several companies managing various local, national and international business matters and disputes.
Ms. Watson is a graduate of the National Trial Institute for Trial Advocacy, one of the leading institutions for intensive professional training in the art and skills of trial advocacy. In a time when it is difficult to find an attorney who has actual trial experience, Ms. Watson has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal court and is experienced in arbitration, facilitation and mediation. Ms. Watson was listed in 2006 and 2007 as a Super Lawyer for litigation.
Ms. Watson serves as a member of The State Bar Publications and Website Advisory Committee and the Judicial Qualifications Committee. She is also active at the local level serving as a member of The Oakland Circuit Court Committee and the Membership Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association. Ms. Watson founded a round table for in-house counsel and created and produces a monthly webinar best practice series designed specifically for corporate counsel, featuring topics related to law department management, legal trends and recent developments in cases and the law through-out the country. Ms. Watson is a frequent speaker for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and for MACPA. Ms. Watson also serves as legal counsel for the Original Equipment Supplier Association. Ms. Watson was a Managing Editor of Law Review while in law school and a former Michigan Court of Appeals clerk to the Hon. Roman Gribbs.
