BIRMINGHAM, MI – Attorneys Linda M. Watson and Joel D. Applebaum will present for the American Law Institute’s, “When a Business Deal Goes Bad: Negotiating, Drafting and Enforcing Remedy Provisions in Commercial Contracts” webinar on April 30, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.  Linda and Joel will be joined by Rachel Baxter, Assistant General Counsel for Kongsberg.  The webinar will discuss the damages available for parties involved in a commercial agreement in case of a breach of contract. It will also break down the key elements of negotiating and drafting enforceable remedies provisions in commercial contracts.

Linda M.
