The article explores the Trump Administration’s policy goals on energy regulations and infrastructure.

von Schaumburg is a member in Clark Hill’s Washington DC office and chairs the firm’s Environment, Energy & Natural Resources practice. Ken principally focuses his practice in the areas of environmental litigation, government policy advocacy, regulatory compliance and counseling. He is experienced in representing clients before state and federal agencies and brings with him extensive professional contacts throughout government.
Townsend is a member of Clark Hill's Environment, Energy, & Natural Resources Practice Group in the firm's Chicago office. Chris has over two decades of experience advising large industrial, institutional and commercial energy users, municipalities and other governmental entities with energy-related issues; assisting alternative electricity and natural gas suppliers in developing the structures for energy markets; representing energy project developers on complex and cutting-edge projects; and assisting numerous other large-scale energy industry participants.
Steger is Senior Counsel in Clark Hill's Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group based in the firm's Chicago office. Mark represents clients in environmental compliance, transactional and litigation matters. He has extensive experience with environmental regulations under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Toxic Substance Control Act and similar state statutes.
