Clark Hill Attorneys Jonathan Boulahanis and Jayme Matchinski Presented “Wage & Health Insurance: What You Need to Know”

CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill Attorneys Jonathan Boulahanis and Jayme Matchinski were featured speakers at the Illinois Restaurant Association’s program titled, “Wages & Health Insurance: What You Need to Know” hosted by Clark Hill PLC, Mesirow Financial and UnitedHealthCare on Tuesday, September 23, 2014. 

The program offered a panel discussion on health care reform and employee wages in 2014 and beyond. 

Boulahanis is an attorney in Clark Hill’s Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Real Estate Services Practice Groups. He has been practicing since 2009 and has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, including serving as trial counsel in nine full-length jury trials taken to verdict. Jonathan has substantial experience in defending employment claims, including claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, Title VII, issues related to separation of employment including non-solicit and non-compete provisions, and claims alleging retaliatory discharge and wrongful termination. 

Matchinski concentrates her practice on health care and corporate law. She handles regulatory compliance, reimbursement, licensure and certification issues affecting health care providers, health care transactions, and the purchase, sale and formation of health care entities. She has also successfully represented health care providers in reimbursement claims against insurance carriers and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
