The MSCMSBO is a regional organization of public school business officials in Macomb and St. Clair counties with the purpose of arranging meetings with speakers on topics pertaining to the work of public school business officials, serving as a liaison between the Michigan School Business Officials organization and its members and in the field, as well as other related purposes.
Gierak chairs Clark Hill’s Education and Municipal Practice Group, and focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, and litigation. Gierak represents public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including contract negotiations, as well as acting as general counsel and special education counsel to public school districts.
Eyer is an associate in the Education and Municipal Practice Group of Clark Hill’s Birmingham Office. Eyer graduated summa cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a King Scholar and a member of the Michigan State Law Review.
